ABOUT US

The Columbus Heat started as a group of strangers playing pick-up hockey in Columbus, Ohio. After bonding over our love of the game and dedication to playing, we formed the team and entered our first tournament. The Columbus Heat now travel around the United States, playing hockey, and documenting the entire process. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Whatever happens on the rink, you'll see what this sport is all about in our videos.

We hope to continue to grow the game of hockey and give people around the globe the opportunity to experience the same love of the game that we have. This is just the beginning <3

Mission

We want to spread our love for the game of hockey to everyone, everywhere. Our team's goal is to provide entertainment and opportunities that both veterans of the game and casual fans can enjoy.

Community

The foundation of our organization is based on community. The Columbus Heat started as a group of strangers playing pick-up hockey at a local park in Columbus, Ohio. Though the hockey community is global, it is strengthened by local groups ranging from organized leagues to weekend pick-up games that all exist to enjoy and grow the sport.

Tour

The Columbus Heat travel all over the Midwestern United States to play in roller hockey tournaments. This amazing opportunity helps grow the popularity of the sport and team, but there are many costs involved. The proceeds from our merchandise will be used to help pay for travel, hotels, and tournament fees.

Unity

The Columbus Heat is larger than its roster. The Heat wouldn't exist without you. Your location, skill level, and background do not matter. Hockey is for everyone and that includes all of you who are a part of our team. Thank you.
